Property Management: 

  • Fees are calculated based on 6% of gross rent per month. That is a savings of 1-2% compared to our competitors!
  • Maintenance is billed at cost – we make no mark up here. Our competitors usually charge 20-30% extra on top of their costs!

Tenant Placement:

  • If your property is managed by us, there is a tenant placement of 50% of first month’s rent. That is a 50% savings compared to Ottawa’s market average of 1 month’s rent!
  • If your property is not managed by us, there is a tenant screening fee of 75% of first month’s rent.
  • The cost of credit checks and criminal checks are extra; however, we do not charge a mark-up.
